Q: How Do I Get Started?
A: The first step is to register your child’s details on our website. Once registered, we will give you a call to discuss our coding program, learn about your child or teen, and assist with arranging your child’s trial lesson.
Q: What is CampusTop Coding?
A: CampusTop Coding is an online learning service that teaches kids the basic concepts of computer coding through block-based programming through its own platform, the CampusTop Coding app.
Q: Where is CampusTop Coding based?
A: Our headquarters is located at 10 ANSON ROAD，#27-18，INTERNATIONAL PLAZA，SINGAPORE(079903). Our CSR office is located at 7F Skyrise 4, IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines.
Q: What sort of coding/programming do you teach?
A: We have a curriculum built around visual & block-based programming, specifically, Scratch.
Q: When do I make my first payment?
A: The trial class is FREE. Payment will be due when you decide to enroll your child.
Q: Will my instructor change week to week?
A: We will make every effort to ensure that your child has the same teacher each week. In the event that there is a family emergency or a fortuitous event, we may need to find a new instructor. We will work with you and your student to make sure that the new instructor is a good fit and guarantees your satisfaction.
Q: What happens if I forget to cancel and miss my class?
A: Please inform staff in advance. The lesson can be rescheduled after being agreed upon by your classmates. About make-up lessons: each student has three chances – two chances to join another class and the other chance for a 1-on-1 make-up lesson.
Q: Is there a sibling discount?
A: Yes, there is a sibling discount of 10% off the full package price.
Q: What are your support hours?
A: We offer online support 7 days a week. To get the quickest response, please contact us from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Q: Can I get a free trial for multiple children?
A: Yes, definitely! However, you will need different phone numbers to create different accounts for multiple children. Contact our Customer Service Representatives to arrange schedules for you.
Q: What are the device requirements?
A: There are no minimum specifications. Any wide-screen device (such as a laptop or PC), with a webcam & microphone, is the most suitable as the child will need to participate actively during class activities. Android tablets and iPads can also be used, but there might be limitations.
